This annual event will again be in front of the Priory starting at 10.00am. We will be selling annuals, perennials, all sorts of vegetable plants, houseplants and garden sundries. Try to arrive early if you can because the best stuff does tend to sell out quickly. There are always some very good quality plants to buy and prices are a lot less than the garden centres. There is plenty of parking close by. It usually lasts until about noon, or until we are sold out!
If you have any questions phone 01730 858023 or email us at email@example.com
Notes for EGAS members:
We are very grateful for any donations for the Sale. We need perennials, bedding plants, herbs, salad plants, peas and beans, and all sorts of vegetables. Please make sure the plants you bring are clearly labeled and in clean, undamaged pots and trays. Also check they are well watered with no slugs lurking underneath!
We always need volunteers to help with planting and nurturing until the day of the sale. You would need to keep the seedlings under glass until danger of frost is past, and be around to tend them and keep them watered. We also need help on the day with transport, setting up, and breaking down at the end. If you can help please phone or email the Secretary.
On the day, please bring your donations from 7.30am on the morning of the sale, or get in touch and we will tell you where you can leave plants from Thursday the 21st. It would help a lot if you could take away any of your unsold plants at the end.
